DAQ systems

Dewesoft data acquisition systems are rugged, modular, and easy to use. Our signal conditioners are compatible with virtually every sensor, but you can also record video, CAN BUS, GPS, ethernet, and many other digital data formats - all in sync! Portable DAQ systems

Portable data acquisition systems are fully integrated data acquisition and display instruments with secure, built-in data storage, batteries for fully autonomous operation, and modern network connectivity.
Powerful signal conditioning and signal processing capabilities make sure that our portable instruments are suitable for field, industrial, or lab test and measurement applications. High-galvanic isolation of the analog amplifiers and power supply circuits protects the instruments from the ground loops and keeps the signal quality at the highest level.

Rugged DAQ systems

Dewesoft's rugged DAQ recorders and loggers are designed and built to work in harsh environments. IP67 environmental protection means that they're waterproof and dustproof. Single and multi-channel KRYPTON modules can be placed anywhere and daisy-chained by a single EtherCAT cable. They're shock resistant up to 100 g and can work in a wide temperature range from -40° to 85 °C (-40° to 185 °F). SIRIUS waterproof models provide higher sample rates and dynamic range, IP67 protection, and -40 to 60° C (140 °F) operating temperature. We've combined high performance and real-world survivability with these instruments.

DAQ and Control Systems

Until now, high-speed data acquisition and real-time controls have been completely different worlds. DAQ systems were not natively real-time devices, and PLCs lacked high-end signal conditioning and dynamic recording capabilities. Dewesoft has changed all of that by building powerful DAQ instruments with one or even dual-redundant EtherCAT interfaces. These systems can store hundreds of analog and digital channels at full speed while allowing data to be sent out in parallel to any third- party EtherCAT master controller. Dewesoft was the first data acquisition software that could record video in sync with analog and digital data. We offer manufacturer-level calibration services for our instruments and sensors, including current clamps and microphones. Monitoring and IoT Devices

Dewesoft makes innovative DAQ instruments and loggers for structural health monitoring and machine condition monitoring applications. Our instruments are loT (Internet of Things) ready. They are fully networking compatible, but they are also capable of stand-alone operation. Our wide

Analog signals

We offer signal conditioning amplifiers for almost any type of analog signal and sensor. Our data acquisition systems are capable of sampling data up to 15 MS/s per channel, with a high bandwidth (up to 5 MHz) and an amazing dynamic range (up to 160 dB). We are utilizing 24-bit delta-sigma ADC with an anti-aliasing filter or 16-bit SAR ADC for sampling rates above 1 MS/s.

Digital signals

Our patented SuperCounter® technology offers very accurate angle, speed, and RPM measurement. It is available in counter inputs that you find in almost every Dewesoft data acquisition system. Inputs are compatible with a variety of digital counter and encoder sensors and tacho probes. The counter measurements are perfectly synchronized with high-speed data from analog inputs.

Dewesoft has always been an innovator in signal conditioning technology. Ten years ago we introduced signal amplifiers with DualCoreADC® technology. It utilized two 24-bit delta-sigma ADCs per channel that resulted in an amazing 160 dB dynamic range, perfect for high-dynamic measurements. These amplifiers are still widely in use today. DUAL CORE ADC® - HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE

DualCoreADC® amplifiers deploy two 24-bit delta-sigma ADCs with an anti-aliasing filter on each analog channel, achieving an astonishing 160 dB dynamic range in time and frequency domain with a 200 kHz sampling rate per channel.

HYBRID ADC® - HIGH SPEED, HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE, HIGH BANDWIDTH

Which ADC is better? SAR or Delta-sigma? With HybridADC® amplifiers, it doesn't matter anymore. Users can select the operation mode for each channel. High bandwidth mode (5 MHz up to 15 Ms/s) and High dynamic alias-free mode (up to 1 Ms/s @ <150 dB dynamic range).

SUPER COUNTERS® - COUNTER MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY

Patented counter technology. Standard counters can output only integer numbers one sample later (e.g. 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 4). SuperCounter can extract accurate values like 1.37, 1.87, 2.37, etc. synchronized for time and amplitude.
