I. REGULATIONS ON OBLIGATIONS OF SELLER AND BUYER

- Obligations of the seller:

+ Advise and guide all information related to the product so that buyers can understand and use the service.

+ Provide adequate products to buyers on time and in quantity after the buyer has paid in full to the Seller.

+ Support buyers in resolving complaints, questions and difficulties during product use.

+ Provide documents related to the Buyer's payment to the seller such as receipts, invoices,... with the total amount the buyer has ordered in the month as requested.

- Obligations of the buyer:

+ Strictly follow the processes and regulations related to services prescribed by the Seller.

+ Pay the seller the full amount according to the order along with required documents and invoices (If any).

+ Support and provide complete information to sellers related to transactions when requested by the seller.

II. AGREEMENT POLICY PROVISIONS

- For online transactions, in case we have to refund the customer due to overpayment or the customer no longer purchases, we will transfer it to the bank account agreed upon by both parties.

III. REGULATIONS ON COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURES

- Receive all customer complaints related to the use of the store's products.

- In all warranty and return cases, you must come to our transaction location to complete warranty procedures.

- The maximum time to resolve complaints is 03 (three) working days from receipt of the customer's complaint. In case the customer is far away or has force majeure, the two parties will negotiate on their own.

IV. INFORMATION STORAGE PERIOD

- Preserve and store customer transaction data information within 06 months from the date of transaction.

- Retain documents related to customer complaints for 6 months from the date the investigation results are accepted by the customer.
