Shipping policy

1. Scope of delivery

HIKI TEC., JSC delivers nationwide and sends and receives international goods

2. Regulation of delivery service time.

2.1: Delivery service time.

Delivery service every day of the week except Sundays and holidays.

2.2: Delivery time.

Delivery time will be calculated from the time both parties sign the contract and the SELLER receives the first advance payment from the BUYER.

For non-stock goods at HIKI TEC's warehouse: Depending on the actual time of each device.

For stock goods at HIKI TEC., JSC warehouse

Hanoi inner city: From 1-2 days

Suburbs of Hanoi and other provinces: 3-4 days

2.3: Notes when receiving goods.

• The BUYER appoints a person responsible for receiving, inspecting and accepting the goods according to regulations
• The BUYER is responsible for checking the labeling, packaging, specifications, quality and quantity immediately upon receipt of the goods.
• If a deficiency is detected, make a Minutes and immediately report to HIKI TEC., JSC (with the witness of the relevant person). In case the goods do not meet quality standards, the BUYER has the right not to receive the goods or contact with HIKI TEC., JSC to exchange or return goods as soon as possible.

Goods are delivered with the documents specified in the contract. HIKI TEC., JSC encloses 2 handover records, the BUYER sends a legally responsible person to sign and send one copy back to us at the office address below:

3. Delivery fee regulations.

Shipping costs will be negotiated when signing the contract.
