Monitoring is essential to ensure high-quality welds. Our sensors can be mounted flexibly - on the welding arm, at the connection point between the welding arm and the motor, or directly on the motor of the welding gun.

Assembly processes

Traditional techniques such as press-fit insertion into printed circuit boards play an important role in assembly technologies. In this case, pin contacts are inserted directly into the PCB to create a connection. To ensure cycle time requirements, the monitoring system for this process must also meet dynamic measurement requirements. Our piezoelectric sensors and controllers make monitoring much easier. Defective products are rejected, and production data becomes more transparent.
