HIKI TEC., JSC delivers ” Product quality testing machine” to customer.

HIKI TEC., JSC has designed, integrated and delivered  a quality testing machine to check the button quality, to a customer in the field of  Automotive and Home appliance industries.

The machine has  measuring range of 0.2 Nm using a Kistler Type 4502A torque sensor, in combination with the maXYmos BL Type 5867 display. The stability and high accuracy of the machine fully meet the customer’s requirements.

Touch screen, intuitive display, user-friendly interface.

Closely monitor the testing process with 4 evaluation conditions (Evaluation Objects) on the graph. The combination of high sampling frequency and built-in pass filters makes it possible to detect anomalies at all stages of inspection.

Accurate OK/NG evaluation results help customers eliminate defective products, cut costs in production, ensure product quality when shipped, etc.

The system can install many different test programs (MP – Monitor Parameters) which is very flexible for customers to use in case customers have many types of products.
